 Timber Ridge is a development in the northeast corner of Freehold Township. In 1979, 27 homes were built with two 4 bedroom colonial models and three 4 bedroom split-level homes. There were also 2 custom homes built. In 1992, one more home was built. The homes originally sold between $120,000 and $160,000 School age children attend Applegate Elementary School, Eisenhower Middle School and the Freehold Regional High School District. The default high school is Freehold Boro. Taxes in Timber Ridge range between $9,000 and $15,000 per year. Homes typically sell up to the lower $600,000's |
