Freehold Pointe is a newer development in the East Freehold section of Freehold Township. Located at the intersection of Route 79 and East Freehold Rd, there are 165 homes. There are still new homes being built, and some resales are available. The builder is Centex. There are 4 different models available. Sizes range from 3,308 sq ft to 4,446 sq ft., and offer 4-5 bedrooms, 2-3 car garages and full basements on 5/8 acres sites. The homes sell from the mid $600’s to the $800’s. Elementary age school children will attend CR Applegate school, grades 6-8 will attend Eisenhower Middle School. High school children will attend the Freehold Regional High School District. When purchasing new construction, be aware that the salesperson you will meet in the Sales Center is an employee of the builder. You may want to consider having a Buyers Agent (REALTORÒ accompany you as your representative. It will cost you nothing (the builder will pay the Buyers Agent’s fee) and may save you a lot. |
